A General Management professional and IIM-C alumnus, Partho brings diverse experience in consumer industries and in media- across print, television and OOH. Partho has led start-up and management teams of Times Now, Future Media, The Economic Times and Times Multimedia.

Romil Ramgarhia is the Chief Operating Officer of BARC India, leading the overall business & operations verticals which include Sales and Marketing, Product leadership and excellence, Communications, Commercials, Market Analytics, Management Assurance and Legal. Romil brings with him over 12 years of experience across Media, Telecom and Manufacturing sectors, and has been associated with ZEEL, Viacom18, Bharti Airtel and Asian Paints in various capacities.

Manashi Kumar

Chief of Strategy and People Officer, BARC India

With an experience of 15+ years, Manashi has worked with organisations across media & entertainment, consulting and retail to develop and implement HR strategies for business growth. She joined BARC India in 2016 and has been involved in creating the roadmap on talent strategy in the field of learning & development, talent acquisition and management, employee engagement and organization design. She is also responsible for building, executing, and sustaining key short-term and long-term strategic business initiatives. She plays a pivotal role in mobilizing teams and individuals to translate strategies into actions.

Dr. Derrick Gray

Chief of Measurement Science, BARC India

Dr Derrick Gray is the Chief of Measurement Science at the largest television measurement service in the world. An Audience Measurement and Advanced Analytics executive, Dr Gray brings with him a global experience of 20 years in Linear Television, Digital Television, Radio measurement and Audience Information Systems. He has led Statistical Research, Measurement Science, and Data Science Functions throughout his vast career.

Rahul brings a rich experience of 22 years working in Multi-national consumer goods companies and the financial services sector. Prior to joining BARC, he served as the Finance Director of General Mills (India, Middle East and Africa Region) where he led the Finance function to deliver on the aggressive growth mandate. He has expertise in driving balanced business growth, productivity improvements and change management, while ensuring strong stewardship and controls.
