Definition of Personal Information

Personally Identifiable Information (hereinafter referred to as PII): “Personally Identifiable Information” is information that is about, or can be related to, an identifiable individual. Sensitive Personal Data or Information (hereinafter referred to as SPDI): “Sensitive Personal data or Information” means personal information which is more sensitive in nature viz. email id, mobile number etc. or any other data categorized as sensitive personal data as per the applicable laws.
